Finally read Koroshiya 1, or Ichi the Killer. I've been very curious for a while lol and I found some time to read, which surprisingly, wasn't really long, I've finished it in an afternoon and the following night. Although I've seen a review on Youtube, I really didn't expected much, except that it was gory and Ichi was a crybaby lol. Oh, and there's Kakihara as well.
I really loved it ! The plot was so intriguing, as well as the characters. I had a bit of trouble keeping track of who was who because of their names lol, but I managed. I really enjoyed it, I wouldn't say it was 100% pleasant, but I still loved it nonetherless.
I like the cat and mouse game Hajime and Kakihara were unknowingly playing (well, actually, knowingly but not in the sense that we think), even more when they first met, it was funny to think that Ichiwimp was the one that Kakihara was searching and would eventually die by him. I did like how "weird" they both acted when in dangerous situations, or when they were inflicting pain.
A sadist crybaby serial killer hitman-tool and a masochist yakuza lol, match made in Heaven, I do like them both.
i know it might sound a bit weird, but I really felt bad for Hajime. Yeah, yeah, he's a weirdo and he kills and he likes hurting people (which is the only way he can cum btw XD), but everyone is mean to him !? Weridness aside, he's just a man trying to live his life and everyone either bully him or mock him. LEAVE HIM ALONE ! IT'S NOT FAIR GRR !
Poor Ichi, he got bullied as a kid, in school and at his workplace... I guess the only time he doesn't get bullied is when he kills people... lol. Even then, he's still a freak pervert and he needs help. I wonder if he got the right help, he would have lived a better life or not, maybe the nasty pervert would come out still, like a ticking timebomb. I still feel sad though, since there are moment he just get bullied for no reason...
Needless to say that Ichi is one of my favorite character (I have pity and a GREAT heart), along with Kaneko (which despite his betrayal, not only to Ichi but his SON, I still like, and I wish he, Takeshi and Ichi could have built somekind of brotherhood to give each other hope. It could have been nice... oh, Noroi-kun, don't forget about him either, he got stronger, thanks to Ichi-nee-san.). I mistook his name as Kanako lol, I was like 'isn't it a girl name ?', I personally blame Yasaka for that. There's also the moment where Kaneko show a gun next to a sleeping Takeshi, just after he told him he managed to fight off his bullies. I genuinely thought Kaneko was about to shoot his son dead lol, it was scary.

Hmmmm, oh, I liked Ryuu-chan too, of the Old Geezer 1rst group, I think he would be the only I'll trust lol, which is not much really. Noboru wasn't that bad either, Inoue died in shit, covered in vomit and fucked by Fujiwara (which, yeah, he was forced by Kakihara, but realistically, didn't had to do it anyway... lol I was happy for him when he got away though, I wished that Kaneko had left too).
Kakihara is a can of worms, but he's really entertaining, so yeah. Imagine him having him (or Ichi) as a roomate lol.
